NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the instant digital nature of our service, all sales are final once you have accessed the unlocked names. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the free name and understand that the premium names will be of similar quality and format.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may ONLY be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical error preventing access to purchased content
- Duplicate payment or payment processing error
- Service error that prevented delivery of promised content
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- General dissatisfaction with name recommendations
- Personal preference or change of mind
- Expectation that names would be different from the free sample
- After you have viewed and used the unlocked names
